Our long experience and proven track record within the Australian real estate sector has enabled us to achieve a much sought after iCIRT rating from Equifax.
This rating was developed in close consultation with the government, industry and the market and involves a rigorous and independent review process to determine an applicant’s capability, capacity, and willingness to deliver a safe, compliant and durable building outcome.

PHILIP REED

Director of Finance

Philip has over 40 years’ experience in Property Accounting and has held prestigious senior management positions all over the world. Prior to joining the John Fletcher team, Philip operated as the Global Head of Finance and Administration at ING Select in London where he oversaw all accounting functions for offices in London, The Hague, Paris and Singapore. His tenure was during a period in history where ING Select was the biggest indirect property investor in the UK, and ING Real Estate was the largest overall property investor in the world. Philip is an integral member of the John Fletcher leadership team, applying his acquired managerial and logistical knowledge to his role in overseeing all accounting and tax functions, as well as day-to-day operations. Philip holds a degree in Economics and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

STEPHEN GARNER

Chairman

Stephen is vastly experienced in commerce, accounting and financial investment and has been on the board of over 35 different companies. As Chairman, Stephen oversees strategic direction, financial management and funding arrangements. Prior to joining John Fletcher Properties, Stephen became one of Australia’s youngest licenced Customs Agents in 1979 and completed a certificate of accountancy at night school shortly thereafter. Stephen has since operated as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director in a range of companies involved in Transport Logistics, Investment and Property Development. Stephen’s career has equipped him with a variety of skills, knowledge and networks that have made him an invaluable asset to the company. He holds qualifications in Accountancy and a Masters of Commerce degree.
